- A former race horse, turned hunter/jumper, who is now excelling at gymkhana… sure does love his speed. He enjoys the laid back style of western riding but still loves jumping. Java has been in our lesson program for five years and has taught many of our top riders the basics of riding. While still owned by Pierce Farms, he has truly found unconditional love in the family leasing him.

- Look beneath the ranch horse surface and find a pot of gold. This golden coated horse has taught many kids to ride. His gentle nature has endeared him to his owners who have graciously agreed to lend him to us for the purpose of teaching new riders with his wonderful disposition, just as he is also teaching his young owner.

- This chestnut is new to Pierce Farms but is already excelling as an important member of the lesson program. Affectionately known as ‘Nacho’, he is a former roper and was a favorite of the owner of the ranch. The only reason he was sold was because the trainer’s daughter fell in love with him and had to have him.

- The trainer is not supposed to have a favorite lesson horse. Oh well this trainer does. Ollie took Kelly places in the show ring and now he is teaching others to show. Kelly says "Rarely is a gift given to a person twice in their life. This is the third time Ollie has entered mine. He is truly a gift"
