- Hey all of you 7-14 year olds out there, when spending the week with us you will have the time of your life.
- We will be playing lots of fun games around, about and with the horses.
- You will learn everything about the horses, how to handle them, how to take care of them and even how to ride.
- Also, you will see what it is like to work with horses by meeting various people who make this their everyday job.
- If you always liked horses and maybe would like to start a riding career, but are not quite sure if you are going to stick with it, than this is the perfect time to find out.
Join us for fun in the sun riding horses, games with friends, nature walks, crafts and horse information clinics! We will be spending the summer at our wonderful equestrian center in beautiful San Juan Capistrano. Every session is tailored to meet each individual child’s riding ability and goals. We will begin each week with basic horse care and horsemanship information and progress to the anatomy of the horse and basic veterinary care. Trail riding safety, equipment aptitude along with discussions regarding the many questions that our campers have about horses will be a part of each week. Camper to instructor ratio will not exceed 3:1 while riding. All camp session times are from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. There are only a very limited number of campers per session. Cost is $ 365.00 per session. Be sure to pack your lunch, wear jeans and boots and bring your helmet (bicycle helmet is fine)! Campers ages 7-14, we can’t wait to meet you!
